Description
The Saint Louis County Government is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of steel inlet grates. The contract is for a one-time order of 60 steel inlet grates, with a specified size of 6 feet-5 1/4 inches x 2 feet-6 inches x 3 1/2 inches. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder offering the lowest total for all line items. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the steel inlet grates within the specified time period, and failure to do so may result in liquidated damages.
• The contractor must provide a unit price per line item on the Excel Attachment-A_Pricing.
• The contractor must maintain certain insurance coverage for the duration of the contract, including commercial general liability and business automobile liability.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance prior to commencing work.
• The contractor must notify the County of any changes to their insurance coverage or business information.
