Description
West Virginia State University is seeking an experienced architectural and engineering firm (or integrated A&E team) to provide full design services and construction contract administration for a comprehensive renovation of the 50,500‑sf Davis Fine Arts Center. The work includes complete roof replacement, HVAC system upgrade, electrical system modernization, sprinkler system replacement, and associated construction‑admin oversight. The solicitation is an Expression of Interest (AEOI) with a two‑stage evaluation: qualification review, oral interview, then negotiation. No price information may be included in the EOI; the contract will be a term contract (initial 1‑year term, up to two optional one‑year renewals) and is contingent on legislative appropriations.
• Scope: Roof, HVAC, electrical, sprinkler design plus construction administration and value‑engineering.
