Description
The contract provides 24 × 7 watch‑standing and operational analysis support for the Shore Enterprise Operations Center (SEOC) at the Washington Navy Yard. The contractor must maintain continuous situational awareness, monitor classified and unclassified traffic, produce real‑time alerts and analytical reports, and support crisis action teams and continuity‑of‑operations plans. All personnel must be U.S. citizens with active Secret Facility Clearances and meet minimum experience requirements. The base period runs from 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2027 with four one‑year options and a final six‑month extension.
