Independent Audit Services

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide independent auditing services for three fiscal years, with two optional one-year renewals. The selected firm will be responsible for performing annual audits of the Authority's financial statements and Single Audit, in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in the United States, Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance, and other applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. The scope of work includes auditing services, financial statement preparation, and compliance with federal and local regulations. Key requirements for responders include SAM registration, business license, and statement of qualifications. • The contract will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year renewals. • The selected firm will be required to perform annual audits of the Authority's financial statements and Single Audit. • The firm must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The firm must have experience in providing independent auditing services to similar organizations. • The firm must have a strong understanding of government auditing standards and uniform guidance.
