6632--Polymedco OC Auto Sensor

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Polymedco for the procurement of an OC-SENSOR DIANA FOBT Analyzer. The analyzer will be used for fecal immunochemical testing (FIT) for the detection of fecal occult blood in Veterans. The equipment must meet specific requirements, including being fully automated, supporting continuous loading of samples, and having a throughput of approximately 280 tests per hour. The analyzer must also be compatible with existing FIT collection vials and meet VA and local CAVHS policies for medical device connectivity, electrical safety, and cybersecurity. • The contract is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. • The anticipated award date is 26 March 2026. • Interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates their firm's technical expertise. • The Government reserves the right to verify any request for additional documentation submitted.
