Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $7,000,000

The solicitation notes that the contractor should anticipate a project value in excess of $5 million and requires a bid security of at least 5 % of the total bid. Comparable university housing renovation projects of similar size (≈70 units) typically range from $5 M to $7 M depending on finish levels and equipment specifications. Therefore a reasonable budget estimate is between $5 M and $7 M, with the lower bound reflecting a basic renovation and the upper bound covering higher‑end fixtures and extensive demolition.
