Janet Drive Intersection Improvements

The City of Searcy is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction of intersection improvements at Janet Drive and E. Beebe Capps Expressway. The scope includes installing a new traffic signal, widening the existing radius, grading, crushed stone base, ACHM paving, curb & gutter, drainage structures, and related miscellaneous work within a variable‑width right‑of‑way and permanent drainage easement. Bidders must provide a bid bond (5% of max bid) and, if awarded, a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The project will be evaluated on cost, financial responsibility, equipment, and past performance.
