INDO-PACIFIC ENERGY AND CRITICAL MINERALS PROJECT SCOPING SERVICES

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is seeking a contractor to provide scoping services for energy and critical minerals infrastructure projects in the Indo-Pacific region. The contractor will support USTDA's decision-making related to funding project development activities, such as feasibility studies, technical assistance, and front-end engineering and design studies. The contractor will meet with prospective grantees and consult with U.S. companies interested in projects that identify, evaluate, and design project development activities. The contractor will provide deliverables, including preliminary assessment reports, full project reports, and scoping mission reports.
