Radio Frequency Testing Equipment

The Department of Water Resources is seeking a supplier to provide radio frequency testing equipment. The equipment will be used to provide site surveys of Department installed radio equipment, testing of RF environment that Department equipment is installed in, and testing for anomalies and failure of Department equipment. The equipment must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the RFQ, including cable and antenna test, vector network analysis, spectrum analysis, and real-time spectral analysis. The supplier must provide a quotation on their company's official business letterhead, including the reference to the RFQ number, extended price, manufacture or vendor part number, and description of item. • The equipment must include a warranty good for 12 months from the date of delivery to DWR. • The equipment must be delivered within 90 days of receiving Purchase Order. • An electronic copy of the operation manual(s) must be provided with the equipment. • The specific make and model of the equipment must be specified in the response. • The equipment must meet the requirements specified in the mandatory tables below. • The supplier must provide a quotation that includes all items listed in the RFQ. • The supplier must comply with the Administrative Requirements included in the RFQ.
