COM DIW Phase II & IIIB

The City of Marathon is seeking proposals for the COM DIW Phase II & IIIB project, which involves the installation of 16” HDPE transmission force mains via horizontal directional drilling. The project begins at the City of Marathon Area 7 Wastewater Treatment Plant and extends to the intersection of the Overseas Highway with Coco Plum Drive. The scope of work includes furnishing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation. • The project consists of two phases: Phase II and Phase IIIB. • The project requires the installation of 16” HDPE transmission force mains via horizontal directional drilling. • The project begins at the City of Marathon Area 7 Wastewater Treatment Plant and extends to the intersection of the Overseas Highway with Coco Plum Drive. • The project requires the contractor to furnish labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation. • A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 10th, 2026, at 10:00 am.
