Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi is seeking a contractor to drill a new well and install a pump at the California Hotel residence. The well should have a continuous verified yield of 48-120 cubic meters per day and be designed to provide water to the embassy's residential areas. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project includes drilling the well, installing the pump, and connecting the well to the bulk water supply fill station. The contractor must also provide a comprehensive one-year warranty on all work done and provide water quality testing analysis.
• The contractor must drill a well with a depth of 80m to 120m and a diameter of 6 inches.
• The contractor must install a pump with a capacity of 15m3/h and a three-phase electric motor.
• The contractor must connect the well to the bulk water supply fill station.
