The VA is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply two air‑powered (pneumatic) chiropractic tables, including all listed accessories, to its Salt Lake City and Ogden outpatient clinics. Tables must meet specific height, width, weight, and performance criteria, be delivered pre‑assembled (or include assembly costs if not), and carry a minimum one‑year parts warranty.
