The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is issuing an open‑end Request for Quotation to establish a contract for the ongoing supply and delivery of 4,000 psi air‑entrained ready‑mixed concrete for exterior highway projects. Vendors must meet strict ASTM/ACI specifications, provide a mix design for approval, and deliver concrete to three defined highway corridor sections in Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, and Kanawha counties. Pricing is per cubic yard and must include delivery, fuel surcharges, and all other costs. Orders are placed at least two business days in advance, with standard delivery hours 7 am‑4 pm, Monday‑Friday.
