This project involves the application of pickleball court color surface system and lines for six pickleball courts on an asphalt surface at Thomas Bull Memorial Park in Montgomery, New York (“Site”) in accordance with the following Specifications. The pickleball courts are newly constructed and asphalt was installed in fall of 2025. Orange County Parks Department will be installing posts and nets. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: none
