Description
This solicitation seeks a single prime or general contractor to renovate and bring into ADA compliance the meeting‑room bathroom at the Rochester Town Office (67 School Street, Rochester, VT). The work includes demolition, possible expansion of the bathroom footprint, removal of an interior wall, plumbing modifications, installation of accessible fixtures, and obtaining all required permits and historic‑review approvals. Bidders must submit a detailed price schedule, technical approach, staff qualifications, references, insurance documentation, and a schedule. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and must be completed by February 28 2027.
