Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a General Contractor (GC) to supply all labor and materials necessary for the remodel of approximately 5,590 Sq. Ft. of existing ceramic tile entry floors and vinyl composition tile corridor floors to polished concrete flooring and rubber baseboard replacement. The project requires protection of the existing finishes during construction. The contractor must provide a comprehensive quote, including all labor and materials, and must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
