The Government Publishing Office seeks a qualified printer to produce a reprint of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area off‑highway vehicle (OHV) map and guide brochure. The contract calls for 3,000 folded 4‑color brochures printed on 70‑lb white uncoated paper, along with a single press‑quality PDF deliverable and required “blue‑label” documentation for 50 randomly selected copies. The contractor must perform pre‑flight inspection, generate a soft proof, obtain agency approval, package the printed units in shrink‑wrapped cartons of 25, and ship the finished product to the Oregon Dunes NRA by the specified delivery date.
