Fort Dodge Correctional Facility Unit L Pre-Cast & Warehouse W Freezer Floor Repair

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for providing building envelope repairs for building L and repairing the heaving concrete floor at the warehouse cooler at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility. The scope of work includes design services, construction administration, and project management. The selected firm will be required to provide a lump sum price for the services, including all reimbursables. The project is expected to commence in June 2026 and be completed by June 2027. Key responsibilities include: • Providing building envelope repairs for building L • Repairing the heaving concrete floor at the warehouse cooler • Conducting field examinations of existing buildings • Designing for construction and providing material recommendations • Coordinating with State agencies and the Construction Manager • Providing construction administration and project management services • Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and applicable codes and regulations.
