Waverly Community Schools - Service Building Renovations

The Waverly Community Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of their Service Building. The project includes various bid categories such as metal panels, roofing, painting, ceilings and drywall, flooring, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Waverly Community Schools and provide a performance bond and payment bond. The bid proposals will be evaluated by Barton Malow Builders, the Owner, and Architect, with recommendation awards subsequently made by Waverly Community Schools’ Board of Education. Some key aspects of the project include: • The bid proposals must be submitted online through Building Connected. • A pre-bid site visit and walkthrough is scheduled for January 20th, 2026. • The bid proposals must be accompanied by a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner(s) or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the School Board or the Superintendent of the School District. • The bid proposals must also be accompanied by an Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act and a Criminal Background and Sex Offender Affidavit.
