• Must include cab, chassis, line‑service body, hydraulic system, winch, boom, pedestal, and all documentation (manuals, warranty, ISO/ANSI compliance).
• Delivery F.O.B. to City Motor Pool, with registration/plates provided; 36‑month warranty required; payment within 30 days of proper delivery.
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference on July 9 2026; sealed/e‑bid submission due July 28 2026.
• Bidders must be Louisiana‑licensed motor‑vehicle dealers and not listed on SAM Excluded Parties List.
