The Fitchburg Housing Authority is seeking qualified contractors to fully remodel and renovate two family‑housing units at 110‑112 Overland Street, Fitchburg, MA. The work includes selective demolition, asbestos abatement, envelope upgrades (new insulation, doors, windows, and siding), and complete interior renovation of one three‑bedroom unit with new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, and a new stair. Sub‑bids are required for painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades, and all bidders must meet Massachusetts DCAMM certification and minority/women/veteran participation thresholds.
