Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide annual maintenance for their existing ProLaw software. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their response electronically. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through non-binding alternative dispute resolution. Key aspects of the job include:
