Description
The Town of Yarmouth is seeking bids for the resurfacing and crack repair of existing pickleball courts at Flax Pond Recreation Area. The work includes crack repair, surface preparation, and application of an acrylic court surfacing system. The project must be completed by May 1, 2026.
• The bid deposit requirements set forth in the IFB shall govern this procurement, with a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid Price required with all bid submissions.
• The Town recognizes that scheduling and weather conditions may affect construction timelines, and reasonable schedule adjustments may be considered, subject to Town approval, provided the Contractor demonstrates diligent progress and coordination with the Town.
• The Town’s intent is for the work to be completed no later than May 1, 2026, in advance of peak seasonal use of the facility.
