Mathlab Campus-Wide Enterprise License

The City University of New York (CUNY) is requesting an exemption from the Contract Reporter publication requirement on a single-source basis to enable CUNY to enter into a five-year agreement with The MathWorks, Inc. The contract will provide a university-wide MATLAB and Simulink Campus-Wide Enterprise License for the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031. The enterprise license will provide unlimited access for CUNY faculty, staff, and students to MATLAB, Simulink, and associated toolboxes and services, including software maintenance, technical support, updates, MATLAB Online, MATLAB Grader, and related instructional and research resources. MATLAB and Simulink are proprietary software platforms developed and exclusively licensed by The MathWorks, Inc. and are integral to CUNY's instructional, research, and academic operations across numerous disciplines.
