The New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the complete replacement of Roof 14 and Roof 14A on Building 6 of Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. The work includes full removal of the existing roof assembly, concrete deck repair, installation of a new cold‑applied vapor barrier, poly‑isocyanurate insulation, and a 2‑ply SBS modified‑bitumen membrane with all associated flashings, curbs, drains, and fire‑rated door upgrades.
