Temporary Fencing Rental for City Parks

The City of Sacramento is soliciting bids to rent temporary fencing for various city parks. The awarded contractor must be able to accommodate all requests as specified, including same-day delivery for unforeseen circumstances and safety-related concerns or scheduled delivery for events, projects, and routine maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, installing, resetting, removing, and replacing fencing rentals provided by the contractor as directed by the City of Sacramento. • The contract period will be for one year with two additional one-year renewals, for a total of three years. • The contractor must have at least two years' actual experience in providing temporary fencing or equivalent services for commercial and/or governmental entities. • The contractor must have fully trained and competent employees who can use equipment safely. • The contractor must have a 24-hour emergency phone number where they can be reached with no more than a one-hour delay in call back time. • The contractor must provide and install temporary cyclone fencing, described as any metal/galvanized interwoven chain-link style fencing, as needed to secure various areas within a park.
