ACV-R Crane Rotary Union

The United States Marine Corps is seeking potential sources for the procurement, manufacturing, shipping, and handling of custom Rotary Unions designed for integration with the PSC 14029 crane on the Amphibious Combat Vehicle – Recovery (ACV-R) platform. The Rotary Union serves as a critical passthrough component for crane hydraulics and electronics, enabling the operation of the PSC 14029 crane when integrated onto the ACV-R platform. The requirements include a custom 3-passage hydraulic service crane rotary union, designed for the integration of the PSC 14029 crane on the ACV-R platform, with specific technical details and dimensions. The delivery of up to 36 Rotary Unions is required between Third Quarter 2026 and Third Quarter 2027. • The Rotary Union must be compatible with the ACV-R hydraulic system manufactured by BAE. • The vendor should provide a detailed production and delivery schedule with their response. • The vendor should indicate capability to handle specialized packaging requirements, if any. • The vendor should confirm their ability to meet all specified requirements within this RFI.
