The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is soliciting bids to produce two government brochures—“URANIUM” (402 copies) and “MET COAL” (252 copies)—using offset four‑color printing with satin AQ coating. Production must occur within a 100‑mile radius of Denver, CO, and all printing, proofing, and inspection requirements must be met before final delivery. The contractor will provide proofs, undergo a press‑sheet inspection, package the finished brochures, and ship them to multiple federal locations, with the complete delivery deadline of 1 July 2026.
• Required offset printing (digital printing prohibited) on JCP Code L11, 100 lb gloss‑coated cover paper.
• One set of digital color proofs, a blank mock‑up, and a G7‑profiled ink‑jet proof per jacket, shipped to the Denver proof‑receipt contact.
• Mandatory financial documentation and GPO forms (W‑9, Forms 2678, 917, 892c, 905) prior to award.
• Production facilities must be within 100 mi of Denver; final shipment must be completed by 01 July 2026.
