The City of Alexandria Police Department is seeking a vendor to supply two forensic imaging systems: one Full Spectrum Imaging System II Color Lab unit and one Full Spectrum Imaging System II Crime‑Scene (FSIS‑CSE) unit. Both systems must be new, fully equipped, and delivered FOB freight‑prepaid to the police department. The Color Lab system includes a 20‑MP camera, specialized lighting, hydraulic arm, custom software, and a 1‑year warranty. The FSIS‑CSE system is a tablet‑mounted camera with integrated illumination, batteries, and a 2‑year warranty. The contract will be awarded to the responsive bidder meeting technical specifications and price validity for 12 months.
• Provide one complete Color Lab forensic imaging system (model A‑FSC‑1‑FS‑30) with all accessories, software, and a 1‑year warranty.
• Provide one complete Crime‑Scene imaging system (model A‑FSIS‑CSE) with tablet, lighting, batteries, and a 2‑year warranty.
• Deliver both units FOB freight‑prepaid to the police department, meeting all warranty, optional accessory, and tax‑exempt requirements.
