INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE for New York Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (N90)

The goal of the industry day is to assist the FAA in determining the best acquisition strategy and to gather information for the development of a Request for Offer (RFO). • The project requires a design-bid-build approach. • The contractor must have experience working on 24/7 facilities. • The project includes a range of tasks, such as asbestos abatement, HVAC replacement, and electrical work. • The contractor must be able to work outside standard business hours and use specialized methods to minimize disruptions. • The project has a disclosure of magnitude of $35-$45 million.
