MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR NEXT SEQ2000

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a maintenance agreement for the Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencing system. The contractor will provide a fixed-price, base plus four option years maintenance agreement, including full coverage for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, labor, and travel, as well as remote technical support and on-site applications support. The contract will be awarded to the contractor providing the highest technically acceptable offer.
