Description
The Municipality of Anchorage’s Eagle River Street Maintenance Department is seeking competitive bids to supply a comprehensive pipe order (CBERRRSA) that meets M.A.S.S. Section 55.02 specifications. The solicitation calls for a variety of corrugated galvanized and CPEP pipe lengths, bands, and flared end sections, to be delivered FOB Destination to the Eagle River site no later than August 15 2026, with the overall performance period running through November 20 2026. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a preference for local suppliers. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda, provide unit pricing, and certify compliance with equal‑opportunity and warranty requirements.
• Scope includes 1,000 LF of 8” × 20’ CPEP pipe, multiple sizes of corrugated galvanized pipe, bands, and flared ends totaling ~1,900 LF of pipe and assorted components.
• Delivery must be prepaid via the cheapest common carrier, FOB Destination, to 8501 VFW (Hesterberg Rd), Eagle River, AK 99577; final delivery deadline August 15 2026.
• Bids are due by June 30 2026 9:00 AM AK time; questions must be submitted by June 23 2026 12:00 PM AK time.
