The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is requesting quotes for the provision of TIE ROD, STEERING P/N 7225873, and TIE ROD, MECHANISM ROD ASSY, UMM. The quotes should include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, and whether or not the company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The quotes should be submitted via email to [email protected]. The solicitation includes various clauses and provisions, including those related to contract terms and conditions, payment, and delivery.
• The TIE ROD, STEERING P/N 7225873 should be made of NICKEL ALLOY, UNS N07718, ASTM B637.
• The TIE ROD, MECHANISM ROD ASSY, UMM should be made of NICKEL ALLOY UNS N07718, SOLUTION TREATED AND PRECIPITATION HARDENED IAW ASTM B637-25.
• The quotes should be submitted with the following information: Quoting as manufacturer, quoting as authorized distributor or third-party dealer, name of quoted manufacturer, MFG size, SAM CAGE CODE, DUNS#, and TIN#.
• The Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
