WINDSHIELD WIPER ASSEMBLY

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a vendor to provide a windshield wiper assembly for their 47 FT MLB Coast Guard vessels. The assembly should be a Wynn type "C" straight line single bladed heavy duty marine wiper assembly, complete with arms and blades, but less motor and controller. The vendor should provide all items listed in the attached parts list, with no substitutions allowed without approval from USCG yard technical experts. The packaging should be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, and the material should be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded. The delivery date is 10/23/26, and the total cost should include delivery and freight charges. • The windshield wiper assembly should have a stroke of 533 mm (21 inches), a case of 813 mm (32 inches), a blade of 350 mm (14 inches), and an arm of 250 mm (10 inches). • The packaging should be commercial, protecting the item through multiple shipments and storage. • The material should be packed for shipment using military packaging. • The vendor should provide an itemized packaging list securely attached to the outside of the shipment. • The delivery should be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
