Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Tacoma, WA. The required space must be approximately 6,300 to 8,401 square feet, with 27-42 private offices, at least one conference room, and a dedicated server room. The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use, and must be delivered fully furnished. The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The space must be contiguous, but non-contiguous space may be considered if it is limited to no more than 3-4 suites within a building.
• The space must be at or above ground level and have a Facility Security Level (FSL) of II minimum.
• The Government will not consider collocation with agencies or tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions.
• Offerors must submit their proposals through the Leasing Portal and must include a scaled floorplan, authorization to represent the ownership, and a marketing package.
• Compliance with Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA is required, and SAM registration should be initiated promptly.
