Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 200,000 #10 window envelopes with specific printing and material requirements. The contractor must deliver the envelopes by 02/06/2026. The contract requires the contractor to provide proofs, comply with quality assurance levels and standards, and report information for compliance purposes. The contractor must also submit invoices within 30 days of job shipping/delivery. Key requirements include:
* #10 window envelope with printing in black ink
* Open side, diagonal or side seam, fully gummed flaps
* Die-cut with one round cornered window, 4-1/2 x 1-1/8", located 7/8" from the left and 1/2" from the bottom
* Cover window with a clear transparent glassine material securely glued to the inside of the envelope
* Paper must be in accordance with JCP Paper Specification Standards
* Color of ink: black
