IFB - Nantucket Land Bank Maintenance Expansion Demolition

The Nantucket Islands Land Bank is inviting sealed bids for the Land Bank Maintenance Expansion Demolition Project. The project consists of the demolition and disposal of a single-story wood frame dwelling, a detached single-story CMU storage building, and utilities. The successful bidder will be required to remove and dispose of related debris from the property and restore the site to its natural surrounding grade. • The project is located at 166 Hummock Pond Road, Nantucket, MA 02554. • Bidders must possess a DCAMM Certificate in General Building Construction or Demolition. • A pre-bid conference will be conducted on November 13, 2025, at 11:00 am. • Written questions can be directed to Mark Rogers of SMRT Architects and Engineers.
