The DLA Troop Support Hospital Supply Tailored Logistics Support Program (TLSP) is a solicitation for proposals to provide logistics support services. The program requires offerors to submit prices for 72 items on the Price Evaluation List (PEL). The proposal submission deadline is May 5, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. EST.
* The solicitation includes attachments such as the Price Evaluation Book and PEL Revisions.
