FY 2025 GTIB Resurfacing Project Phase 1

The Town of Iron City is seeking bids for the FY 2025 GTIB Resurfacing Project Phase 1, which involves resurfacing approximately 0.4 miles of roadway. The project requires all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion. The work must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion and 45 consecutive calendar days for final completion. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. • The project is funded by a grant from the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank. • Bidders must be pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractors. • Bidders must submit a Bid Bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the amount bid. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
