Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance of Engineering Solutions for United States Navy (USN) ASW/USW Tactical Planning and Employment

The United States Navy is seeking information from potential vendors for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of engineering solutions for ASW/USW tactical planning and employment. The required capabilities include developing and maintaining an integrated optimization capability, implementing emerging technologies, and providing software maintenance and upgrades. The vendors must also provide a means to evaluate advanced concepts for maturing ASW/USW technologies and support Information Assurance (IA) requirements. The scope of work includes designing, developing, integrating, testing, maintaining, and delivering upgrades to new and/or modified software supporting airborne acoustic sensing, acoustic performance prediction, and associated mission planning functions. • The contract award is projected in FY 2027. • The incumbent contractor is L3 Harris Technologies Inc. • Interested vendors must submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating their capability to meet the requirements of this notice. • The package must address the company profile, prior/current industry experience, proposed management approach, and ability to begin performance immediately upon contract award.
