The County of Gwinnett seeks a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves and matching gearboxes for two water‑treatment filter plants, including full design, shop drawings, certifications, and operation & maintenance manuals.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) meeting AWWA C504/C516 and NSF 61 standards.
• Provide AWWA‑approved gearboxes and all necessary accessories, with design documentation and certification of compliance.
• Deliver two hard‑copy and one searchable‑PDF O&M manuals, spare‑parts kits, and coordinate FOB‑Destination shipment to Lanier and Shoal Creek plants.
• Must meet strict material specifications (ductile‑iron bodies, EPDM seats, stainless‑steel hardware) and adhere to coating requirements.
• All bids must be sealed and submitted by 25 Sept 2026 2:50 PM; pre‑bid conference 2 Sept 2026, site visit 10 Sept 2026.
