Administrative & Related Grant Services

The City of Moultrie is seeking a consulting firm to provide grant writing and administration services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project aims to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the grant application, environmental review record, and other related documents. They will also assist with financial administration, public hearings, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • The firm should have experience with CDBG programs and grant writing. • The firm should be able to provide grant administration services if the project is funded. • The firm should have the capacity to complete the scope of work. • The firm should have experience with similar projects and provide a list of references. • The firm should submit a statement of qualifications, including their history, resources, and fees associated with grant writing and administration.
