Planned Residential Demolition: Group 10.7.25 (15544 Wabash - Demo Only)

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. • The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually. • The vendor must provide a price sheet and professional rate schedule with their quote. • The city reserves the right to reject any quote and to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
