2026 Road Resurfacing (ITB PW 26-08)

The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as part of the city's 2026 road resurfacing program. The project will consist of milling and resurfacing, repairing existing pavement base, resurfacing adjacent driveways, adjusting water valves and manholes, and installing pavement striping and markings. The project includes 19 roads within city limits, with a total of approximately 22,000 linear feet of road resurfacing.
