On Call Roadway Design Engineering Services

The City of Red Bluff is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Design Services on an on-call basis for roadway/street projects. The scope of work includes a variety of tasks such as preliminary reports, traffic analysis, land surveying, environmental clearance, public outreach, right-of-way acquisition, and design services. The contract will be for a duration of five years, and the City intends to award up to five contracts. The selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis, and the City will issue task orders for specific projects. The firms will be required to have experience in providing similar services, and they must be familiar with the City's Capital Improvement Program and potential project needs.
