Montesano Bros. Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified NYSDOT MBE, WBE, and SDVOB Subcontractors, Truckers, and Material Suppliers. The Project is a Mill and Fill on Route 100B and Route 133 in the Towns of Greenburgh, Ossining and New Castle. The Project requires Milling , Paving, Tack Coat, Excavation, Clearing, Subbase, Light Stone Fill, Asphalt Gutter Replacement, Fog Seal, Basin Cleaning and Repairs, Cast Frames and Grates, Culvert Cleaning, Concrete Curbs-Concrete Walks-ADA Ramps, Pavement Marking, Pedestrian Signal Improvements, 360 Degree Camera Video Detection Systems, Night Lighting, Traffic Control, PVMS Boards, Survey Operations, Engineers Office. This project will be performed at night. The Work Shifts are Sunday Night to Thursday Night between thre Hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The Bid Date is January 22, 2026.
