Bayonne Board of Education is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive design, engineering, and construction‑administration services for upgrades to its K‑12 school facilities throughout a one‑year contract period (Sept 1 2026 – July 1 2027). The firm will be expected to respond to “as‑needed” project requests drawn from the district’s Long‑Range Facilities Plan, coordinate with the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, and deliver all required documentation, reports, and hard‑copy/e‑copy deliverables. The solicitation requires a full suite of statutory certifications (affirmative‑action, non‑collusion, political‑contribution disclosure, Iran‑investment, ownership, EEO, etc.) and proof of professional liability insurance ($1 M per occurrence / $3 M aggregate). No electronic submissions are accepted; proposals must be sealed and delivered in person or by courier before the deadline.
• Provide architectural design, permitting, and construction‑administration services for multiple school sites totaling ~1.7 million sq ft.
• Submit required NJ‑specific forms (Chapter 271 political‑contribution disclosure, Non‑Collusion Affidavit, etc.) and maintain $1 M/$3 M professional liability coverage.
