Description

The vendor will be evaluated based on their turnaround time, printing location, pricing, and experience with similar projects. The envelopes should be 6x9 1/2 full gum flap T, presorted, and have first-class mail postage paid.
• The vendor should provide their turnaround time after approved proof till delivery.
• The vendor should specify if the envelopes will be printed in Michigan, and if not, where.
• The vendor should indicate if they will hold their pricing for 30 days.
• The vendor's experience with similar projects will be considered.
