Demolition of Structure, 51 Main Street, Durham - Bid Extended

The Town of Durham, Connecticut is seeking qualified, properly licensed contractors to perform a complete demolition and site remediation of the existing wood‑framed building and concrete foundation located at 51 Main Street. The scope includes demolition of the structure, removal and disposal of all debris, controlled collapse of the foundation into the existing cellar hole, backfilling and compaction of the site, and final site cleanup to leave the lot ready for future use.
