Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EAC) is seeking a contractor to provide chemicals for Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), Swimming Pools, and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Closed Loop System. The contract will be a single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The contractor will be required to provide a quality control plan, manage the initial and annual independent verification of NSF/ANSI 60 compliance, and handle rejected shipments.
• The contract has a minimum guarantee of €1,500 and a maximum ceiling of €1,250,000.
• The contractor will be required to deliver chemicals to various facilities within the U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Naples, Italy.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with Italian anti-mafia legislation.
• The government reserves the right to terminate the contract if the contractor is found to be subject to active mafia-related proceedings or sanctions under Italian law.
